Single Again
If anyone was curious. I'm very hungover and very single. Not that I was really ever dating Jill's Dad but you know what I'm saying. And I've been single for about a week now. I think, I'm going to hold off from relationships for a little while. It may last a day or it may last longer. I don't really feel like saying anything right now.

Oh, Amy.
I am so very saddened to read this. No matter how much the intellect tries to grasp the facts of change, especially the facts and acceptance of unwelcome change, the emotions take their own sweet -and sometimes briefly bitter- time to heal and to readjust.
Though it would seem there will be no more opportunity for you to be in Jill's Dad's company, I hope and trust that this alteration will not cause you to cast aside all of the good memories you did earn of the great yearnings and experiences you and he did have before everything, it would appear, fell apart.
If I could figure out where to find your e-mail address I would send you a basket of music to help soothe and divert your mind and heart as this all settles down.
But as I cannot, you should select some music you love, turn it up, dance furiously, pace and mumble if needed, and laugh and cry as much as required until everything feels back in balance again.

I thought of you this weekend. I never got the boyshorts thing, but I was on Lake Michigan this weekend, and saw a girl bending over in them, and I was like, "Wow--they ARE sexy!" I guess it depends on the girl as much as the clothes!
