The pics in question
So I've been debating posting some pics of rather sexual nature here but I've been advised not to because of legal regulations. So if any one knows anything about this 2257 thing please post it here or email me amyATanal-amyDOTcom.
I have some pretty hot pics taken by my ex last year - just don't want to have to go thru some legal BS if I post them.

Note that enforcement on this is really a non-event for you since you're not charging a fee for visitors. An alternative would be to set up a Flickr.com account or something similar and link from your blog to your images there. Then you're not publishing - you're just linking to another site.

It looks simple. You must keep records of whomever you have nude photos of on your site. If they are all of you yourself that shouldn't be a problem. But if you take pictures or videos of others to post. Get thier permision to post it and photocopy thier photo ID (drivers licence, etc.)
This might be a problem if Garret and/or Christine don't know about the blog and you don't want them to know. If that is the case, just do solo photos and leave it at that. R and I are luck because we work on the blog together and this isn't a problem.
Have fun with it. That is the goal.
I'm leaning towards posting some "solo" pics of myself. Leaning.
Please let us know when you do post your solo pics. I'd love to see them, and I'm sure all of your other readers will too.
